Jacqueline Ordonez finds inspiration as a pastry artist from her artistic ability to conceptualize a client vision into reality. Upon graduating from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts with a degree in Pâtisserie and Baking, she delved into the creative world of pastry; where she has honed her skills working with different techniques such as glazing, lamination, and cake decorating with buttercream, fondant, gum paste, modeling chocolate as well as food photography.

As a former decorator at Charm City Cakes West, she has appeared on Season 1 Cake Masters on the Food Network  and Season 1 Duff Takes the Cake on the Food Network. She has worked with famous clients such as Tapatio Hot Sauce, Dockers among other clients.

She has also worked with notable patisseries such as Bottega Louie and Domonique Ansel where she was the Chef de Partie.

Jacqueline is passionate about transforming imagination into luscious works of art.
